The infant mortality rate in Franklin County is one of the highest in the nation. CelebrateOne was formed as a result of the Greater Columbus Infant Mortality Taskforce report issued in June of 2014. I was presented with the task of creating an instructional video for new mothers. The goal was to educate them on the ways in which they can ensure their child will celebrate their first birthday. The video is currently shown to all new mothers delivering in any one of central Ohio's four main hospital systems - Mount Carmel, Nationwide Children's, OhioHealth and Ohio State University.
